I work with people who are ready to step into greater clarity, self-empowerment, & healing, whether you feel stuck in your personal life, relationships, career, or inner growth. My clients are often seeking balance, emotional freedom, & alignment with their true self. 🦋How is my approach different from traditional counselling or coaching? I combine holistic counselling, intuitive guidance, & transformational coaching. It’s not just talk - it’s embodied, integrative, & often ritual-based. 🦋Do you need to be spiritual to work with me? Not at all. Spiritual language & practices are offered as tools, not requirements. What Is Trauma Informed Holistic Counselling? Trauma Informed Holistic Counselling is a whole-person approach to emotional wellbeing. Safety, Scope & Ethical Clarity Information. Your wellbeing comes first. My work is grounded, trauma-aware, and ethically held. These guidelines exist to create safety, clarity, & trust, so you always know what support I can & cannot & offer. 💡Is this a replacement for medical or psychological treatment? No. My work is complementary, not a replacement for medical care, psychological treatment, or psychiatric support. I do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency mental health care. If you are experiencing acute distress, crisis, or require medical intervention, appropriate professional support is essential. 💡Can I work with you if I’m seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist? Yes. Many clients work with me alongside a psychologist, psychiatrist, GP, or other health professionals. My role can support insight, integration, nervous system regulation, & personal growth, while your clinical team manages diagnosis & treatment. Collaborative care is always respected. 💡Do you diagnose mental health conditions? No. I do not diagnose mental health conditions or assess clinical disorders. Any insights shared during sessions are offered as reflective, exploratory, & supportive, not diagnostic or prescriptive. 💡What issues are outside your scope? I do not work with:    •   Active suicidal ideation or self-harm requiring crisis support    •   Untreated psychosis or severe dissociative conditions    •   Situations requiring immediate medical or psychiatric intervention If something arises that is outside my scope, it will be addressed with care and honesty. 💡What happens if I need support beyond what you offer? If additional or different support is needed, I will gently encourage you toward appropriate services or professionals. This may include medical, psychological, or crisis-based support. Ethical referral is part of safe, responsible practice & you will never be judged or abandoned for needing more care.

Programs vs 1:1 Sessions Whether you’re looking for personalised guidance or a structured journey of growth, this section will help you understand the options & decide what’s right for you. ❔What’s the difference between your programs & 1:1 sessions? Programs are designed as structured journeys, combining lessons, exercises, optional additional support, 1:1 guidance & tailored resources/documents for each program offering. They are ideal if you want a step-by-step path to transformation. 1:1 sessions are flexible & tailored to your unique needs in the moment. They are ideal if you want direct, deep, & immediate support on whatever is present in your life right now. ❔Which option is best for me? It depends on your goals & your preferred pace:    •   Choose a programs if you enjoy guided learning, self-paced exercises, & integration over time.    •   Choose 1:1 sessions if you want personalised attention, space to explore current challenges, or support with deeper emotional or energetic work. ❔Can I start with a single session before committing to a program? Absolutely. The complimentary Soul Alignment & Awakening Session is a 30 minute single 1:1 session & is a great way to get a feel for my style, your readiness, & which path will best support your growth. ❔Are your programs self-paced? My programs are structured in 3, 6 or 12 month options. While they are self paced & let you work at your own rhythm, it is ideal to endeavour to stick within the timeframes for accelerated growth, but life get’s busy and if sessions need to be rescheduled & go over the timeframes given, this is no problem at all. Each program clearly outlines the format so you know what to expect. ❔Do programs include 1:1 support or is it group coaching? My programs offer 1:1 sessions only & group coaching is not part of the program offerings. Each program description clarifies what is included, the bonuses and what is available as an add-ons.

Session Logistics. Knowing what to expect makes the experience smoother & more comfortable. Here’s how my sessions work & what you can prepare for. 🕯️How long are sessions? Awaken & Align program sessions are 60 minutes. The Ascend program offers an additional 2 x 90 minute deep dive sessions. The non program sessions are 45 minutes in duration. 🕯️Are sessions online or in person? Sessions are primarily online via Zoom or iPhone video call, making it easy to connect from anywhere. In-person sessions are available to Brisbane & surrounding clients. This option will be discussed in the complimentary meet & greet session. 🕯️What platform do you use? I use Zoom for online sessions, which allows for secure video, audio, & screen sharing if needed. You’ll receive a private link before your session. 🕯️What should I expect in my first session? Your first session is a gentle, welcoming space to share where you’re at, what you’d like to work on, & any goals or intentions. We’ll clarify what support is possible & outline a plan that feels safe, empowering, & aligned with your needs. 🕯️Do I need to prepare anything beforehand? Not much - just bring yourself & your curiosity. Some sessions or programs may suggest journaling prompts, reflection questions, or setting intentions, which can enhance your experience, but preparation is optional.

Emotional & Energetic Considerations. Transformation often brings shifts - emotional, energetic, & sometimes unexpected. These FAQs help you know what to expect & feel safe in the process. 💗Will I feel emotional during or after sessions? It’s common to experience emotions surfacing during or after a session. This can be part of processing, releasing, or integrating patterns. All feelings are valid, & I provide a safe, supportive container for you to explore them. 💗What if I feel resistant, triggered, or uncomfortable? Resistance or discomfort is a natural part of growth. If it happens, we work gently with it - either in the session or through aftercare guidance. You are always in control, & you can pause, slow down, or reflect outside the session if needed. 💗How many sessions will I need? The number of sessions varies based on your goals, the type of program chosen, & your personal pace. Some clients experience profound shifts in a single session, while others benefit from a series of sessions over weeks or months. Together, we determine what feels right for you. 💗What happens if I feel “worse” before I feel better? Sometimes, growth & integration can bring up temporary discomfort. This is normal & often signals that deep patterns are surfacing for release. I provide support, guidance, & tools to navigate these moments safely. 💗How do you support integration after sessions? Integration is key. I provide practical tools, reflections, resources, exercises, or rituals to help you anchor insights into daily life. Many clients find journaling, mindful movement, or energy practices helpful between sessions.

Boundaries, Policies & Accountability Questions.Clear boundaries & policies create safety for both you & me, ensuring our work is respectful, professional, and supportive. 📝What is your cancellation & rescheduling policy? I ask that sessions be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 - 48 hours in advance (depending on the session type). This allows both of us to respect our time & energy. Late cancellations may incur a fee, as noted in your booking confirmation. 📝Do you offer refunds? Refunds are not available once a session or program has started, as your time & preparation are held for your growth. If exceptional circumstances arise, please reach out - I handle each situation with care & consideration. 📝What happens if I miss a session? Missed sessions may be rescheduled if notice was given in advance. If a session is missed without notice, it may be counted as complete, as outlined in your booking agreement. 📝Are sessions confidential? Yes. All sessions are held in strict confidence, with notes kept private & secure. Your trust & privacy are central to this work. 📝How do you store client information? Client information is stored securely & responsibly, only for purposes of supporting your sessions. Personal details are never shared without your consent, except as required by law.

Commonly asked questions regarding Pricing, Access & Commitment Knowing your investment & what’s required helps you step into your growth with clarity & confidence. 🪴Do you offer payment plans? Yes, on a case by case basis. Payment plans are available for some programs & packages. Details can be discussed in the initial meet & greet session. 🪴Are programs refundable once started? Programs are non-refundable once started, as your enrollment secures your place & my dedicated support. If exceptional circumstances arise, I handle each situation with care & consideration. 🪴Do you offer sliding scale or concessions? On a case by case basis, sliding scale options or concessions may be considered. Please discuss your circumstances in the initial meet & greet session. My goal is to make this work accessible while maintaining sustainability. 🪴What is required from me for this work to be effective? The most important requirement is your willingness to engage honestly & show up for yourself. Growth is co-created, so your openness, curiosity, & commitment to reflection & integration will help you get the most from sessions or programs.
